A 4 week motivational exercise programme for all levels of fitness and all ages is available enabling you to achieve the above in just 4 short enjoyable weeks.

Whether you are 18 or 80 years old, by doing varied intensity exercises that strengthen and tone your muscles you will be revving up your metabolism and igniting those fat burning stations, transforming your shape as your metabolism increases.

Sessions are Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning OR evening slots. These consist of 45 minutes of varied exercise with a 10 minute optional nutritional advice discussion to finish
